款识：“王炳荣作”四字双行楷书款 笔筒瓷制，圆口直身，圈足，外施绿釉，釉面肥厚，质地均匀，胎体坚质，予人静雅素朴之感。外壁浮雕松鹤图，老松一株，苍翠劲挺，高洁清幽，树间徘徊仙鹤，悠然自得，神采动人。底作“王炳荣作”四字双行楷书款。此笔筒溶雕刻、绘画、色釉烧造于一体，雕刻技艺登峰造极，是同治时期雕瓷工艺的代表作品。王炳荣，清同治、光绪年间人，工于雕瓷。
