拍品撇口，束颈，丰肩，其下渐敛，至胫部外撇。外壁施洒蓝釉，釉质坚致细腻，器形若婷婷玉立之观音，故名“观音尊”。器身以金彩绘山水楼阁图，远山隐绰，虬松蜿蜒，浮云流萍，亭台掩映。金彩流光逸彩，画风酣畅淋漓，洒脱自如。为康熙盛世，瓷业兴旺，文人移情参与的典型器。洒蓝亦作雪花蓝，鱼子蓝，始自明宣德，但其后极少见，康熙时期复烧，《南窑笔记》所载清初新制吹青釉，即指洒蓝。
