Chinese Ming Dynasty blue &red Arabic script motif bowl porcelain bowl. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, of a shallow vessel, broad wide cavetto, with a straight opening lip, raised on a round slightly raised footing. All reserved in iron red underglaze base color which contrast against the cobalt blue color. The Exterior decorated with large Arabic character and flowers blooms in square medallion, among scrolling ruyi and tendril. Trashing wavy Lishui water festooned on the upper mouth rim and scrolling interlocking ruyi on the foot base rim. The Lines of the drawings are clear, the light and dark shades are subtle. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye. The porcelain conformed all required specimen to be high valued Chinese porcelain wares, with finest material, the whiteness, the glaze, and the carving. Without overlap the outlines of the design, well carved, clear, subtle, distinct, and the shape is uniformly proportioned. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six underglaze blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double fine blue rings, Made In The Years of Zhengde Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
