Stunning, Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng open face famille rose pomegranate porcelain willow vase. Finely potted in Chinese traditional YuHuChun shape vessel, the pear shaped bottle vase, a bottom-heavy body tapered gracefully to slender waisted neck flaring at the mouth rim, supported on slight tall spreading foot ring. All reserved in purple underglaze base color which contrast against the famille rose design color. Famille rose hand painting depicted vividly hand painted in enamel design, famille rose translates to the pink family, on a colored ground decoration. The center body adorned with abundant ripe pomegranate tree among dense leaves and sturdy branch, in a gourd shape medallion. The exterior decorated with flowers blooms interspersed with scrolling tendril in vivid tones color. Repeating taotie mask decorated on the upper mouth rim, enclosed with thick gilt ring line. The foot base rim festooned with rectangle taotie mask. The color is balanced, elegant and exquisite.
