Chinese Qing Dynasty set four bronze censer. An attractive set of four bronze censers in a hardwood container. The upper left censers carved in bulbous oval body, with wide flaring opening mouth rim, raised with three leg, and elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand with throne pedestrian. The left bottom carved in bulbous oval body, with wide flaring opening mouth rim, raised with fourth leg, and elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand with throne pedestrian and flori form. The upper right side carved in qilin myth beast body, with strong face, forward facing, raised with four sturdy leg and elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand with throne pedestrian. And the bottom right side carved bulbous body, with open circle on the base rim, emerging lion mask on the shoulder, elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand with throne pedestrian. The bronze are dark in patina color, smooth to the touch and free of abrasions. The upper portion of each religious vessel has intricately incised geometric tessellations. Every censer gives off a soft glow when struck by the light allowing for a pleasing appearance and captivating presence. Marks on each censer.
