Description

拍品长寿佛为典型的明早期藏中地区造像，尺寸虽小，却装饰华丽，铸造工艺精湛，较为难得。长寿佛面容沉静祥和，跏趺坐于莲台之上，双手捧长寿宝瓶，宝瓶中出枝叶，象征生命之树常青。通身宝冠、璎珞等琳琅繁复，并镶嵌宝石。仰覆式束腰莲台，莲瓣饱满挺拔。通体鎏金亮丽灿烂，为明代早期造像中不可多得的佳作。参阅：《中国藏传佛教金铜造像艺术》上卷，人民美术出版社，2001年，页113、114，图42
