Description

拍品为明早中期西藏地区的上乐金刚双身像，主尊二臂，头戴骷髅冠，呈忿怒相，右展立姿于莲台之上，双足分别踏威罗瓦和黑夜女神，双手握持金刚铃和金刚杵，交臂拥抱佛母，象征慈悲与智慧的结合。佛母亦为忿怒相，双腿盘于主尊腰间，手持钺刀和嘎巴拉血碗。双身均佩戴精美的璎珞，形象生动，鎏金大体保存良好，极富艺术感染力。上乐金刚是藏传佛教四大教派共同尊奉的本尊，与大威德金刚、喜金刚、时轮金刚和密集金刚共称为藏传佛教五大金刚。参阅：《中国藏传佛教金铜造像艺术》上卷，人民美术出版社，2001年，页279、280，图127
