Description

珑起源甚早，东汉许慎《说文》：“珑，祷旱玉，龙文。”清代慕古之风盛行，玉珑亦颇受青睐，吴大澄《古玉图考》收录多件，可证一时风气。拍品以龙首衔尾围成环状，两面纹饰相同。龙吻部上翘，眼圆睁，颈部饰五组卷曲的鬃毛，身躯及四肢雕琢繁密，龙背攀爬一只小夔龙，或有苍龙教子之寓意。刀法细致，纹饰古雅，龙的形象工谨而不狰狞，具有清早期仿古玉器纹饰之典型特征。
