In his left hand he is holding his shield, in the other three lifted hands a sword, an arrow and bow. He is standing with one knee slightly bent, his feet wearing platform padukas, Indian footwear. He is adorned with finely chiseled garments, jewellery and elaborate headdress, showing his high status. Although this is an extremely fierce form of Shiva, this statue has a calm and friendly face.
