A Chinese pair of famille rose porcelain vases with 4-character marks and dating from the Republic period. The bodies of each depict a poem, 1 seal, and a scene of 2 birds among yellow and pink flowers. Dimensions are: 14 inches tall X 5 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is a hairline crack in the body of one, the other is in good condition. Provenance: From Mr. Lee in Detroit, MI, a family heirloom.
