大日如来，又名“毗卢遮那”, 为释迦牟尼的法身佛，也是佛教密宗至高无上的本尊。此尊造像头戴五叶佛冠，顶饰螺发，面相圆润。双耳垂肩，耳饰桃形耳环。耳际两侧缯带垂于双肩，末端装饰如意头，较为新颖。双手于胸前结智拳印，双腿结跏趺坐。所披法衣衣褶飘逸，极具质感，衣缘处并錾刻缠枝花卉。此像通体鎏金，品相完好，为明代晚期北方造像的精品之作。
