此器为大料剖制，色泽温润，浑厚细腻。瓶形仿汉代青铜壶制，盖椭圆，钮两圈弦纹为饰，瓶颈饰蕉叶纹，颈肩承象形双耳，象首扇耳卷置，牙出两侧，细刀勾勒眼目，象鼻丰满，回环成系，内中各套环一只，圆润致巧，灵活可动；瓶身纹饰为兽面纹，纵横交错，层次井然，纹饰雕刻工整严谨打磨细致，足显工匠高超技艺；器型之线条转折有秩，非大匠不可成，此器质精而料足，大形大势，玉料纹饰搭配相得益彰，尽显浑厚庄重之美。
