四臂观音是藏传佛教密续最为重要的观音形象，被藏族民众尊为雪域守护神。此尊头束高发髻，戴五叶花冠，缯带于耳际向上翻卷，富有装饰效果。面庞方正，额头高广，眉眼平直，嘴唇紧抿，示人以宁静祥和的寂静容颜。上身躯体匀称，佩戴有钏镯等各种饰物，上两臂分持乌巴拉花和念珠，下两臂当胸合十。下身着紧身长裙，双腿结跏趺坐于莲座之上。整像铜质细腻，造型古朴，其莲座莲瓣平缓素洁，形制传统雅致，带有元代中原藏传佛教造像的典型特征。
