观音游戏坐于莲座之上，头顶化佛，面相方圆，天庭饱满，眉脊隆起，双目下视稍翘，直鼻高挺，双唇微开，唇角带笑，耳饰圆珰，表情内省。菩萨者袈裟，颈及胸前饰璎珞，做工极为精细。游戏坐于莲花宝座之上，腰间系丝带，并打结，极为写实。整尊造像鎏金，金水保存完好，做工精细，为带有中原风格的造像精品。
