A Tibetan/Nepalese Gilt Copper Repoussé Figure of Tsongkhapa The Buddhist scholar modelled seated in padmasana on a double-lotus base, the hands in dharmachakra mudra, wearing patchwork robes with incised cloud pattern at the hem, the face covered in cold gold paste and with downcast eyes, the hair cropped short, and with colour, the base sealed and incised with a double vajra.
