Large STUPA-shaped COVERED PERFUMER BURN made of a silvery copper alloy with orange-red, turquoise and malachite coral cabochons, formed by two superposed elements mounted on four Atlantean Buddhist lions and comprising three floors enclosed by small columns and pillars, four polyloped plates and an oval grip in pale celadon nephrite jade, carved in slight relief of qilongs, adorning the cover, the whole decorated with auspicious inscriptions, jewels lined with flames accosted with makaras and lotus. (Some incrustations missing and an accident when the cover was taken). Mongolia, late 19th century.
