The cameo on sardonyx represents a finely carved portrait of a woman wearing jewellery such as necklace, earring and hair ornaments entirely set with small pink cut diamonds and a tiny pearl. Double surround of pink-cut diamonds and half pearls. 18K yellow gold and silver frame. The pattern could be worn in the center of the bracelet (removable stem). Gross weight: 11,88 gr. Dim. 4,8 x 4
