This embroidered cloth likely once worked as a skirt. It has a pale blue top lining of cloth which has a loop on one side. parting down from this pale fabric are rectangular segments of brown cloth which is lined with blue and white patterned silk. These brown segments have floral embroidery, with the two largest panels consisting of cranes, a wave motif and flowers. The interior cloth which lines the piece is made of teal and has light green stitching of vines and leaves. D: 69.6 x 34.8 in ( 176.8 x 88.4 cm) Condition: There is staining on the inner(lining) cloth.
