钤印：江南陈氏、负苍书画、家住龙山第二泉款识：松下问童子，言师采药去。只在此山中，云深不知处。庚辰（1940年）秋九月，梁溪陈负苍作于海上。说明 陈负苍，名凤，字负苍。江苏无锡人，师从王云轩，与孙葆羲、陈旧村、邓季超、蔡光甫同为鹤巢门下五大高足，三十年代与钱松嵒、陈旧村等创办振南国画函授学校，广招学员，传授绘艺。工书，工山水人物，花鸟走兽，尤精仕女。
