钤印：何瀛、海霞款识：1.采采东篱间，寒香爱盈把。人与境俱忘，此语。海霞居士。2.英兰诗人属正。戊寅（1938年）八月何瀛写此。说明 何海霞，名瀛，字海霞，以字行。北京人。早年从师张大千学画，1946年随张氏入川写生。1956年调入陕西美协从事专业创作，为“长安画派”代表画家之一。1983年任陕西省国画院副院长，不久调北京中国画研究院工作。擅长山水，亦能花卉。其创作往往将青绿工笔与水墨笔意融为一体，立意新奇，笔力雄健，风格浑厚而不失秀丽。
