钤印：抱鋗居士款识：密林陡壑。癸未（1943年）夏四月，待秋，徵。说明 吴徵，字待秋，名征，以字行。别号抱鋗居士、疏林仲子、春晖外史、鹭丝湾人、栝苍亭长、晚署老鋗。浙江崇德（今桐乡）人。吴徵为吴伯滔之次子。后居上海。山水初传家学，终日作画。花卉师吴俊卿早年笔墨，又学李（鱼单），后窥元、明诸家，较山水为佳。书法则学王觉斯、倪元璐。亦能治印。
