明代朝服制度颇为完备，冠服佩饰皆有其制。其中腰间所佩的束带更是彰显官员地位的重要饰品，以金玉精雕，极尽繁复之能。此套黄金带銙为束带上的饰板，形状不一，用以装饰束带上的不同位置，称圆桃、左辅、右弼、排方、挞尾等。带銙表面皆满刻浮雕云龙纹，工艺精细，錾刻线条利落古朴，颇有明代之风，更显雅致。
