款：「甲寅昌硕铭」、「缶」、「吴俊卿」砚琢长方形，正面呈淌池式，上端起雕云日。背面平整，刻达摩面壁小像，上题「面壁九年石留影，要知妄动不为静，参书画禅领此境」，「甲寅昌硕铭」款，「缶」印。配红木天地盖，盖内有「吴俊卿」印。吴昌硕（1844——1927），初名俊，又名俊卿，字昌硕，又署仓石、苍石，多别号，常见者有仓硕、老苍、老缶、苦铁、大聋、石尊者等。浙江省孝丰县鄣吴村（今湖州市安吉县）人，是晚清著名画家、书法家、篆刻家，为「后海派」中的代表，在书法、绘画、篆刻等方面表现出色，他的作品备受追捧，与虚谷、蒲华、任伯年齐名的「清末海派四杰」来源:中国嘉德2008年春季拍卖会，lot2287
