瓶浅盘口，筒形长颈，斜肩，筒腹，圈足。胎色灰白，胎质细密。器身内外通体施粉青色厚釉，颈部两侧各有一龙首鱼身的“摩羯鱼”为饰，摩羯，又称摩伽罗，本是藏传佛教中水神的坐骑。圈足露胎无釉。圈足胎釉结合处可看出多次上釉层次，并有一圈朱红色线圈，俗称“朱砂底”。此瓶造型简洁，釉水莹润，为龙泉窑鼎盛时期的典型器物。
