砚作长方形，隶书刻诗一首：「宋代澄泥，曾藏王氏文筵。綯纹黼黻，又疑成乎宣和之年。尔 时，丰享予大以饰太平，用致金源之烽烟。时移世变，而陶泓如故。曾无叟迁以事，可知庾许有新词，划金早是泯陈迹，刻兽亦非出近时，曾傍宣和工字画，如何独昧作君师」。其中后半节为清高宗御题诗。Lot 1763-1767为同一藏家旧藏
