此壶以精铜为材，方口，束颈，圆弧腹下垂，外撇高足，尊身方形，颈部置兽吞耳。此尊身之纹饰，繁缛且有序，自口沿到外圈足，以六道留白宽带为间隔，全身铸兽面蕉叶纹饰。此尊器仿商周青铜器造型，气势恢弘又有沉穆之感，布局简繁有度，形制古雅，包浆润泽，它线条规整，纹饰流畅且谨依法度，可体会到工匠一丝不苟，丝毫不敢怠慢之心，造型典雅华美，工艺精湛，为明代拟古器中的精品。Lot 1782-1799为同一藏家旧藏
