重199g圆形，圆钮，连珠纹钮座，内区主纹饰为四组神人和神兽纹相间环绕，其中二组造型为正面端坐一神人，左右两侧分饰立在环状乳上的龙凤纹。另外两组为两位神人，其中一组神人头戴冕旒，身旁的侍从跽坐在环状乳上。四神兽头部突出，高浮雕的兽头比主神还要明显。主纹饰外十二枚半圆和方枚相间环绕，方枚内饰铭文。镜缘处内圈饰一周驾龙车，乘鸾鸟，腾云驾雾出巡图。外圈饰勾连缠绕的云雷纹。黑漆古。
