祝焘 山水 水墨纸本69*45cm祝焘笔名竹樵，1933年生，笔名竹樵，贵州省绥阳县人。1950年参军，1956年转业来太原，1959年毕业于山西艺术学院美术系师范科。太原市文联专业画家、国家一级美术师、中国美术家协会会员、山西省文联委员、山西省美术家协会理事、山西省花鸟画研究会名誉会长、山西省山水画研究会名誉会长、雪涛艺术研究会理事等。退休前担任太原市美术家协会副主席。
