此瓶盘口、长颈、扁鼓腹、圈足。颈两侧各贴饰鱼龙耳，形象为龙首鱼身，亦称鱼龙或摩羯，模印而成。颈部至腹部起弦纹数道以装饰。全器施青釉，釉色莹亮无瑕。
