A late-19th century German silver presentation trophy cup and cover, by Wilkens and Son, Bremen circa 1890, slender tapering lobed circular form, on a raised circular foot, the raised lobed cover with a pierced foliate finial, engraved with a crowned 'A', height 54.5cm, approx. weight 38oz. The crowned A is for Adolf, Furst zu Schaumburg-Lippe, who presented the cup.
