A large reversible openwork gold plaque with rosette of facetted diamonds in a tracery of diamonds and carved spinels, with piriform pendant set with a carved spinel and other stones, teardrop spinel(?) below; chain of gold links with emerald beads. 99 grams, 47cm overall (18 1/2").
