款识：大清乾隆年制
说明：盘敞口斜弧腹，内外通身以蓝釉为地，留白处施以黄釉。所绘龙纹流动飞舞，娇健强劲，祥云福瑞旋停, 为宫廷日用器皿，清档案载蓝地黄龙为嫔妃所用，不得愈越, 可见清宫制度之森严。此盘胎体轻薄，发色艳丽，对比鲜明，展现了乾隆时期烧瓷工艺的高超水平。沈阳故宫博物院有相似藏品。
