A Chinese yellow glazed pottery figurine of a dog dating from the Ming dynasty or earlier. The dog sits upright. Dimensions are: 6 1/4 in. tall X 2 1/4 in. wide; 15.9 cm tall X 5.7 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is worn with age and has some large glaze chips. The base is worn and chipped. The figurine is also covered in dirt.
