A Chinese porcelain wucai vase dating to the 19th century, converted into a lamp. The vase features a scene of swordsmen in supplication before a female archer. Dimensions of vase are: 12 1/2 in. tall X 4 1/2 in. diameter; 31.6 cm tall X 11.4 cm wide. The lamp measures: 20 3/4 in. tall X 4 1/2 in. wide; 52.7 cm tall X tall X 11.4 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: A chip to the rim with minor iron pitting and wear to the surface. Provenance: From Dr. Wing in Sacramento, California, family heirloom.
