A Chinese black ground silk embroidered dragon flag dating from the 19th century. The gold-toned dragon has 4 claws and the flag is also embroidered with bats, ruyi, waves, and a flaming pearl. Dimensions are: 41 in. tall X 33 in. wide; 104.1 cm tall X 83.8 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: There is significant wear to the threads, pulled threads, and 1 corner is lost.
