Chinese , Tongzhi Period,A lot of 4 Chinese, porcelain bowls of matching size and rounded/ pointed half-circle form, the interiors glazed in teal with gilded rims, the exterior walls each with a pair of bats along the straight side with varying figural scenes along the curved areas: - A scholar in a garden with five boys - Farmers (one on an ox) greeting a visiting official - Fishermen greeting a visiting official - A villager waving in an incoming boatman W: 7 7/8" (20cm) H: 2 1/4" (5.7 cm) Condition: three in excellent condition with some minor scratches and spots of glaze flaking to the interior, one bowl has a star shaped crack to the bottom
