Bi-folio from the 13th century Qur'an
Manuscript on verge paper, calligraphed in black "naskh" on four lines per page, the separations of the verses marked by a twelve-petalled golden flower, the "khamisat" by a golden pastille with eight fleurons alternating on a green, red or blue background. The Khamisats are marked by a shamsah with eight compartments alternating on a green and red background. Contains C.19:76-85, C.20:18-29.
