From a Private UK Collection.Soame Jenyns in 'Later Chinese Porcelain' [plate CV-2A] illustrates a vaguely similar, 4inch high, vase in a black and white photograph. Jenyns summarises this example as having an 'apple' green glaze but of course whilst the photograph does illustrate the crackle design, the exact shade of green may only be surmised.. Please note that some damage and deterioration extant, including: metal mounting at the rim and wood stand at the base.
