纸本经折装一册旧拓本提要：万安桥又称洛阳桥，1053－1056年泉州郡守蔡襄主持兴建，祠内有一文两方石碑，蔡襄撰文书写。该碑文简义精，书法遒丽，工刻细致，世称“三绝”。拓本保存完好，拓工精细。
