款识：此宗仰上人在倍时所作，原为四轴，历经兵燹只存其一，任之居士以久识上人而无其画笔为忏即以为赠，乙亥春惟德识。此上人在□世所用之印也。钤印：黄中央 简介：黄宗仰，一名中央，别号乌目山僧，江苏常熟人。光绪间出家为僧，历任江天寺首座、栖露寺主持。曾同章太炎、蔡元培等发起“中国教育会”，拟编订教科书。
