A Chinese banded agate snuff bottle dating from the 18th century. The snuff bottle has a coral stopper carved with a bat and a peach. Dimensions are: 2 3/4 inches tall X 2 inches wide, 6.9 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: It is in good condition. Provenance: From Mrs. Fullerton in New Jersey. Her father, Maurice Etangs was chief of police in Tianjin, China and lived there from 1935 to 1945.
