Please examine photos. They are THIS item and are part of the description. I do not e stock photos or photos of other people’s items. This is a late 19th century papier mache letter box wall pocket 7 1/2" long, 3" deep and 7" tall at the back. Four different stories or scenes are depicted. On the top back three men on a bridge appear to be coming to the aid of a drowning man as a bird flies away. On the front bottom there are four Geishas and a servant. On one end a couple strolls through a patio garden. On the other end there are three boys, one in a makeshift barrel raft. There are some losses on the scalloped edges and one chip inside. There is an old paper label on the back. The inside dividers are missing. This is one of three papier mache chinoiserie items I am listing from a vast estate of Asian antiques collected in the 1950s. Get this item with with tracking in the A. Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are describedhere-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described asnew, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a ed item ofgiven age.
