This hand made, hand painted folding fan was never been ed nor displayed, was stored in the original box in a clean hoe.  The paper was gilt on one side, where the hand painted/heavily decorated, the other side was red paper. The Frame and the stand were both made from high quality bamboo, reflect natural and meant to last.  Size of the fan, 8 3/4" l, 1 1/8" w (when the fan is folding), total weight, 4 oz.  A high quality Japanese fan w/o going to Japan!
