(Lacking leaves 1 (dedication), 2 (engraved title), and 7, Yyy3 with marginal tear affecting shoulder note, a few tears crossing text or image, a few leaves frayed.) Contemporary calf sides laid over modern leather gilt. FIRST EDITION IN ENGLISH, with the maps in the third state, numbered and with compass roses.
