款识：“大清光绪年制”六字双行楷书款 器型仿良渚文化玉琮而制，故名琮式瓶，两侧对饰象耳，有太平有象之吉祥寓意，清宫当时称其为“四方象耳瓶”。通体满施霁蓝釉，釉色均匀浓厚，色如蓝宝石，沉静浓厚。象首耳鼻处起皱，为此时较前朝之变化特点，为清代官窑的经典品类。 参阅：1.《上海博物馆藏品研究大系-清代雍正—宣统官窑瓷器》，上海人民出版社，2014年，页251，图4-7 2.《清代瓷器赏鉴》上海科学技术出版社，1994年，页256，图338 象耳处有一小爆釉，底部有一处积釉，露胎
