Arthur Degner (1887-1972), German painter from Gumbinnen / Gussew, based in Berlin since
1909, 1911 member of the 'Free Secession', 1910 he traveled to Paris at the suggestion of Paul Cassirer and exhibited in his gallery in 1912.
