嘎拉哈，又名距骨，流行于北方民族，为古代游戏用具或随身佩饰品。以玉为材质雕刻，则属辽金王族、贵族等高阶者所有，长年佩带，具吉祥瑞意。本品以白玉雕成，质地细润，散发皎洁光泽，局部有褐色沁，顶端有孔，便于佩带，应为古代贵族之佩饰。双体相连者目前仅见英国巴斯东亚艺术博物馆庋藏一例，甚为珍罕。 A WHITE JADE SHAGAI ORNAMENT LIAO/JIN DYNASTY
