Chinese 19 Century Lotus Carved Duan (Ink stone) Stone Table Screen, the front surface carved in alternating layers of red-brown and green-brown in a scene of lotus blossoms, a seed pod, leaves and a small frog; mounted in a fine custom hard wood stand carved, pierced and polished with flowers and leaves. Total height with stand and screen 12 1/8 inches (30.8 cm.). Width of stand at base 7 1/4 inches (18.4 cm.).
