Head of Liberty wearing a coronet, inscribed "Liberty", surrounded by thirteen stars, representative of the original states, and the year of issue, obverse. A heraldic eagle, holding a double ribbon inscribed "E Pluribus Unum" and an olive branch and arrows with thirteen stars, arranged as a halo, together with an arc of rays surrounding the motto "In God We Trust", with "United States of America" and "Twenty Dollars" above and below, reverse.
