款识:嘉德知友经商，於上海民国二十五年重阳节后由日本东京购获古印拓纸二帧，嘱吾作释余逐一释录作之参考。小阳春月梅贻琦记。钤印:梅贻琦印(白) 水墨 纸本立轴梅贻琦，号月涵，天津人。曾任清华大学校长、西南联合大学校务委员会常委兼主席。1955年在台湾新竹复建清华大学，后任中华民国教育部部长兼清华大学校长，1959年兼任中华民国国家长期发展科学委员会副主席。
